By accessing and using MelaTop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
MelaTop provides a platform for users to purchase and send mobile airtime (top-up) to Ethiotelecom phone numbers in Ethiopia. We act as an intermediary between you and the mobile network operator.
To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Once a top-up is successfully delivered, it cannot be refunded. If a top-up fails to deliver, we will automatically process a refund within 3-5 business days.
MelaTop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to delays in delivery caused by the mobile network operator.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated revision date.
